Guardian Words for Expansion

Words hold energy, and we can connect to the energies of Expansion— and raise our vibration— by mindfully using words.

So today we’ll use 3 words to raise our vibration as we step into the energy of Expansion, and our first word is DREAM.

I believe that your dreams and visions—your true heart’s desires—come from deep within you.

They are blueprints of who you are meant to become, and they actually stretch you into becoming a bigger version of yourself.

And that word next is important, because it represents the fact that the big Doorways in our lives help us move to the next phase of our own personal evolution.

One of my favorite things in my office is a tray that says, “She believed she could so she did.”

I’ve placed it standing up on a shelf so I can benefit from its message every day.

When I look at it, I’m reminded of the things I’m so happy to have accomplished.

And it also makes me think about the long-held dreams I have yet to accomplish.

Looking at that tray, I have to ask myself,”What now do I need to believe I can do?"

And I’d love to ask you the same question. What is your heart asking you to accomplish?
