Feel the presence of your Guardian Dragon standing behind you, supporting you. Now imagine yourself interacting with the problem you thought of earlier. Within this situation, feel the love and support of your Guardian Dragon filling and strengthening your heart.

Feel this love and support filling your body, clearing your mind, and spreading out to touch every part of the “problem.”  Within this love and support, empower yourself to connect to the energy of solutions in an even deeper way:
