Guardian Word of the Week: Purify

One of the definitions of “Purify” is: to remove contaminants from, and this week we’ll engage the power of this word to clear ourselves of any unwanted energy, returning ourselves to a state of being purely ourselves, with no outside energies to “contaminate” our own pure, shining essence.

Let’s start by cleaning our energy and filling ourselves with pure life-force energy.  

Allow a powerful wave of clear, cleansing energy to fill you, all the way from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. Feel this cleaning energy absorbing any negative or unwanted energy you may have picked up.  

Feel the clear, cleansing energy changing color as it absorbs every bit of the unwanted energy, and now, feel it leaving your body all at once, flowing down into the earth to be renewed.
