Guardian Word of the Week: Focus
It’s easy to feel scattered as we deal with everything we have to do in a day. But we always have the power to choose our own focus.
Take a deep breath, let it out, and say the word “Focus” ten times, counting on your fingers each time:

One of the definitions of Focus is “directed attention,” and just by saying the word we can direct our attention back to our own center.
