Guardian Word of the Week: Celebrate!

I’m very happy to announce this week’s Guardian Word: Celebrate.

Last week’s word (Up) felt especially good when I checked in with my body, but Celebrate seems to wake up my cells in a whole new way!

Think about it: the word Celebrate is actually a call to action. (If you were taking a nap on the couch and someone whispered, “Celebrate!” into your ear, you’d probably wake up quickly!)

I love the idea of the energy of Celebration rippling out across the world as we say our word together this week.
