A Self-Love Practice That Actually Works (With the Living Energies of Color)

I’ve come to believe that loving ourselves is a spiritual path in and of itself, because loving yourself brings you into alignment with the Guardian Beings who are waiting to help you fulfill your soul purpose.

In this blog post I’m going to give you an easy self-love practice you can use over and over, and it involves calling on the living, healing energies of color.

Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, and focus your attention on your body.

Breathe in the loving energy of the color peach, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color yellow, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color lime green, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color blue, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color red, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color violet, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color pink, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color turquoise, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color lavender, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color emerald green, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color hot pink, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color brown, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color gold, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color silver, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now breathe in the loving energy of the color rose gold, and feel it fill you and surround you. Let a different part of your body come into your mind, and bring your focus to this part of yourself. As you gently focus on this part of your body, say, “I love you.”

Now check in with yourself. How do you feel?

Drop energetic roots down into the earth and feel grounded and supported.

Set an intention to repeat this practice every day, deepening your relationship with the living, healing energies of color.

Loving ourselves is our natural state, and the energy of people who are loving themselves creates a beautiful energy field that supports and uplifts everyone around them!
